Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp zesty light Italian dressing
  • 1 lb bulk turkey sausage,Italian flavored
  • 2 14 1/2 oz each cans fat free chicken broth
  • 1 16 oz pkg frozen stir-fry w/ peppers, vegetables
  • 1 15 oz can cannellini beans,rinsed,drained
  • 1 14 1/2 oz can Italian-style diced tomatoes,undrained
  • 1 cup Ronzoni smart taste elbow macaroni,uncooked
  • 1 cup shredded lo-fat mozzarella cheese

Cooking Instructions

Heat dressing in lg pan on medium heat. Add sausage,stirring to break up meat. 10 min. Add broth,veggies,beans and tomatoes. Bring to boil,stir in macaroni. Reduce heat,simmer 10 min or until macaroni is tender,stirring occasionally. Ladle into bowls,top w/ cheeses.

Recipe Notes

This is a fast hot dinner that mimics the tastes of minestrone soup. 1 cup per serving.
