Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced, skinless, boneless chicken
  • 1 stalk celery,cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 cup drained mandarin orange segments
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes
  • 4 tbsp sugar-free,fat-free,lemon flavored yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lo-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp lo-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

Toss together chicken,celery,oranges and grapes in lg serving bowl, cover.For dipping sauce, combine yogurt,mayonnaise,soy sauce and cinnamon. Serve dipping sauce alongside the chicken salad.
