Add chicken and all other ingredients, [except for the lemon wedges and spinach,] in a lg resealable food storage bag. Seal and shake to coat chicken well.Refrigerate at least 8 hours. Heat skillet w/ cooking spray until hot. Add chicken,cook 3-5 minutes. Turn chicken,reduce heat to med-low,cook another 7-10 min.or until no longer pink. Discard marinade. Remove chicken from pan, Serve w/ lemon wedges and spinach leaves.
