Wash and dry chicken, Prepare marinade-basting sauce by combining all ingredients.
Place chicken in bowl. Pour marinade over chicken. Marinate for 1 hour at room temp. Remove from marinade. Put marinade in small saucepan and cook on med. until it comes to a boil. Boil 2 min. take pan off heat. this sauce as basting sauce. Preheat broiler or grill and place chicken on grill on indirect heat for 30-35 min or until juices are clear. Or broil about 8 inches from heat for 30-35 min or until juices run clear.
