Sherry's light swiss tuna melts

Ingredients

  • 1 6 oz can water-packed, light tuna,drained,flaked
  • 3/4 cup reduced-fat, shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup onion,chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery,chopped
  • 8 slices lo-fat wheat bread
  • 3 tbsp "I can't believe it's not butter", softened

Cooking Instructions

In a medium sized bowl, combine first 6 ingredients, mix well. Spread over four slices of bread. Top w/ remaining bread. Butter the outsides of the sandwiches. In a lg skillet, over med heat, grill sandwiches for 4-5 min or until lightly browned.

These are wonderful, quick, light sandwiches for anytime when you're running short on time.
