Ingredients

  • 4 lg unpeeled nectarines
  • 3 lg unpeeled plums
  • 5 tbsp Splenda,divided
  • 2 tsp cinnamon,divided
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup uncooked old fashioned oats
  • 3 tbsp cold "I can't believe it's not butter" cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375. Spray a 9-inch pie plate w/ cooking spray. Cut nectarines & plums into slices over medium bowl to catch any juices. discard pits. In another bowl, combine 2 tbsp Splenda and 1 tsp cinnamon.Sprinkle over fruit. Mix well. Transfer fruit mix to pie pan. In another bowl, combine flour,oats,remaining Splenda and cinnamon. Cut in butter w/ 2 knives until mix is coarse crumbs. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle over fruit mix. Bake for 30 min, or until filling is bubbling and tender.
