Preheat oven to 400. Sprinkle fish w/ black pepper. Combine cornflake crumbs and paprika in bowl, mix well. Dip fillets in egg white, then in cereal mix. Place on baking sheet, sprayed w/ cooking spray. Bake for 25-30 min, or until fish flakes easily. Meanwhile, combine salad dressing,sour cream and red pepper in bowl. Stir well. Spread mix on top half of roll. On bottom half of each roll, plce a lettuce leaf and tomato slice. Top each bottom of roll w/ fish fillet. Place top half of rollcoated side down on top of fish.
