Ingredients

  • 1 18.25 oz pkg devil's food cake mix
  • 2 lg eggs
  • 1 4 oz lo-fat refrigerated,prepared chocolate pudding cup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1-1/4 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1 cup marshmellow fluff
  • 1/2 cups "I can't believe it's not butter" stick,room temp.
  • 2 tbsp lo-fat peanut butter
  • 1 cup assorted jimmies and sprinkles

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Coat 2 baking sheets w/ cooking spray. On med-high speed,beat cake mix,eggs,pudding and cocoa until dough forms. Using moistened hands, divide dough into 12 equal pieces. Shape into balls. Arrange 3" apart on baking sheets. Bake 12-15 min or until springy when touched. Transfer to racks,cool completely. In bowl, on med-high speed,beat sugar,fluff and peanut butter until light & fluffy. Spread over flat sides of 6 cookies,top w/ remaining cookies, flat side down. Roll sides in sprinkles & jimmies.
