Ingredients

  • 1 lg whole wheat boboli pizza crust
  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 3 tbsp lite Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup light ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp non-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce
  • 2 lg garlic,minced
  • 2 lg plum tomatoes,thinly sliced
  • 1 lg yellow tomato,thinly sliced
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Cooking Instructions

Combine artichokes and Italian dressing, toss gently. Cover,chill 1 hr. Drain. Combine artichokes,ricotta cheese andnext 4 ingredients, stir well. Spread mixture evenly over crust.Arrange tomato slices over artichoke mix. Sprinkle w/ paprika and pepper. Bake in preheated 450 oven for 15-18 minutes.
