Cooking Instructions

Sprinkle chops w/ salt & pepper.Brown well on both sides in oil. Remove chops from pan and reserve. Pour off and discard all but 1 1/2 tbsp of pan drippings. Remove any casing from sausages and crumble into same pan. Mix in onion and mushrooms. Stir until sausages are light brown.Mix in garlic. Return chops to pan. Spoon sausage mix over them. Pour in broth & tomato sauce. Sprinkle w/ herbs. Bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer until pork chops are tender, about 40 minutes. Serve chops w/ sauce spooned over them.

Recipe Notes

These chops are very tender beca you slow cook them. You can regular sausages, for a meatier taste. These are great served w/ plain buttered noodles.
