In lg skillet,brown chops in butter over med heat. Add the onions and apricots. Combine the broth,marmalade,ginger,garlic and nutmeg. Pour into skillet,bring to boil.Reduce heat,cover,simmer for 20 min. Remove chops. Combine the cornstarch and water until smooth.Stir into skillet. Bring to a boil. cook,stir for 1-2 min or until thickened. Spoon over the chops.
I serve these over plain No-Yolk noodles.
