Sherry's pork w/ chili sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lg tomato,cored and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups no-salt added tomato puree
  • 1 lg poblano chli,cored,seeded and chopped
  • 1 lg shallot,chopped
  • 1 lg clove garlic,minced
  • 1/2 tsp chipotle chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried,crushed oregano
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 8 ounce boless pork chop,cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 lg warmed whole wheat tortillas

Cooking Instructions

Place tomato,puree,poblano chile,shallot,garlic,chile powder,oregano and pepper in slow cooker. Mix well. Add pork. Cover, cook on low for 5-6 hrs.Stir in salt. Serve warmed tortillas w/ chili.

Recipe Notes
