Sherry's pumpkin mousse pie

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 15 oz can solid-packed pumpkin
  • 1 7- oz jar marshmellow fluff
  • 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 12 oz carton frozen whipped creme,thawed,divided

Cooking Instructions

In lg bowl, combine cracker crumbs,brown sauger & butter. Spray w/ cooking spray a 9-inch deep dish pie plate. Press crumb mix into pie plate. Bake at 350 for 7-9 min or until lightly browned.Cool completely. For filling: In lg bowl, whisk the pumpkin,marshmellow fluff and brown sugar and pumpkin spice.Fold in 3-1/2 cups whipped cream. Spoon into prepared crust. Cover,freeze for 4 hrs.
