Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chunks, melted
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 16.5 ounce tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup dried cherries
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Line cookie sheets w/ parchment paper. Melt 1 cup chocolate chunks w/ oil. Stir. On med-high speed w/ mixer, mix sugar cookie dough w/ cocoa powder and melted chcolate. Stir in chocolate chunks,dried cherries and mini chips. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls, 2" apart on baking sheet. Bake 10-12 min or until just set..
