Sherry's quick meatball stroganof..

Ingredients

  • 1 1 lb bag frozen meatballs
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 8 oz pkg fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1 10 oz jar au jus gravy
  • 2 tbsp lo-fat sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sliced scallions
  • 12 oz cokked,drained egg noodles,kept warm.

Cooking Instructions

Bake meatballs according to pkg directions, about 15 min. Heat oil in skillet over med-high heat. Saute mushrooms until tender. Stir in au jus gravy, bring to a simmer. Add cooked meatballs. Remove from heat,stir in sour cream and scallions, serve over egg noodles.
