Ingredients

  • 4 lg boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 15 1/4 oz can less sugar,sliced peaches,undrained
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup less sugar, orange juice
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 2 cups hot cooked white rice

Cooking Instructions

In lg skillet over med heat,brown chicken in oil and butter,remove and keep warm. Add peaches w/ juice,brown sugar, orange juice and soup mix to skillet,stir to combine. Bring to boil,cook,stir for 2 min. Reduce heat,return chicken to pan. Simmer,uncovered for 15-20 min. Serve over hot rice.
