Sherry's shrimp stir fry

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz pkg asian noddles, or angel hair pasta
  • 1 lb peeled,deveined, uncooked shrimp
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 3 cups frozen asian stir-fry veggies
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh,grated w/ sppon, gingerroot
  • 1/4 cup light Italian dressing
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce

Cooking Instructions

Cook pasta as directed,drain,keep warm.. Toss shrimp w/ cornstarch in lg bowl. Let stand 10 min. Place veggies in strainer, rinse under hot water until thawed. Drain. Heat oil in lg nonstick pan on med-high heat. Add shrimp and ginger, stir fry for 8 min, or until shrimp turn pink. Add veggies,dressing and hoisin sauce. Cook 2 min, until heated through. Stir frequently. Add shrimp mix to asian noodles or pasta, toss gently to coat evenly.

Recipe Notes

This is one of a few stir fry recipes I have for shrimp stir fry but it's pretty much the easiest one to make.
