Preheat oven to 350. Spray a lg casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In a lg recloseable plastoc bag, combine flour,taco seasoning and sal and pepper. In shallow bowl, beat egg,egg beaters,milk and hot sauce. Dip chicken in egg mix,then place in bag and shake well to coat. Place chicken bone side down in casserole dish. Bake,uncovered for 55-60 min.
This is qiuck and easy. And I love it's spiciness.
