Preheat oven to 400. Combine flours,baking powder,salt & baking soda in a bowl,mix well. Stir in oil. Add buttermilk and stir just until blended. On a lightly floured board, knead the dough until smooth. Roll dough into a 15x8-inch rectangle. Using cooking spray, spray a 9-inch round baking pan. Spread butter over the dough. Combine sugar & cinnamon in a small bowl and mix well. Sprinkle over spread butter. Roll up rectangle, starting from one long side. Pinch the seam to seal. Cut the roll into 1 1/2-inch slices. Arrange the slices, cut side up, in baking pan. Bake until lightly browned, 15-20- minutes.
You don't have to frost these,but I do. FROSTING: 4-6 oz pkg fat free cream cheese. [you can light or regular cr. cheese.] 1 tbsp, [or more,] milk. 1 tsp vanilla. 4 cups confectioners' sugar. blend the soft cr. cheese w/ milk and vanilla. add
