For sauce,microwave first 5 ingredients for 1 min. stir. Set aside. Cook pasta according to directions. In skillet heat oil over med-high heat, add chicken, brown for 5 min. Add red pepper and peapods. Cook,stir until crisp-tender. Drain pasta,top w/ chicken and sauce,toss gently. Sprinkle w/ cilantro.
I love that this is so easy to make. It's one of my favorite Thai/pasta dishes.
