Ingredients

  • 8 med apples,peeled,cored,thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 tsp ground flaxseeds
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup lo-sugar apple juice
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp canola oil

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Spray w/ cooking spray a 9"x13" glass baking dish. In med bowl, toss lemon juice and apples together. Put in dish. In lg bowl, combine the oats,flour,flaxseed,raisins, and cinnamon.Drizzle w/ apple juice, honey and oil. Combine well. Sprinkle over apples. Bake until apples are tender, 30-40 minutes.
