Preheat oven to 350. In lg skillet,melt butter over med-high heat. Add shallots,cover & cook 3 min until softened. Stir in mushrooms,saute 5 min or until tender.Stir in water,thyme,salt and pepper until mix simmers. Simmer 1 min. Stir in cream cheese until melted. Fill each fillo cup w/ 1 tbsp mushroom mix. Place on baking sheet that has been sprayed w/ cooking spray. Heat about 5 min, just enough to heat the cups and mushroom mix.
These are a great appetizer. Filling,exotic.
