Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chili sauce
  • 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 2 lg garlic cloves,halved
  • 1 tsp each Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 lg bone-in chicken breasts

Cooking Instructions

Mix chili sauce,vinegar,horseradish,garlic,salt and pepper in bowl. Mix wee. Reserve 1.2 the marinade. Add chicken to bowl. Turn to coat. Cover. Marinate for 10 minutes. Pre heat grill. Remove chicken from marinade, discard marinade from bowl. Place chicken on grill over indirect heat. Grill 10 min. Brushing w/ reserved marinade. Move chicken to more direct heat and finish grilling, turning and basting frequently for 20 min. or until juices run clear. Heat any remaining marinade in small pan, sirring occasionally. Serve hot w/ chicken.

Recipe Notes

This is a kicked up, spicy grilled dish that is sure to make your mouth water. Great served w/ BBQ beans and coleslaw.
