Shrimp and Tomato Macroni

Ingredients

  • 30-40 cooked Shrimp
  • 20 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 16 oz macroni
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 4 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 c parmesean cheese
  • 3 tea lemon pepper
  • 3 tea white pepper
  • 2 pin parsley

Cooking Instructions

Place shrimp in boiled hot water in a large bowl to thaw set aside for 5 minutes

Cut tomatoes in half and set aside Start boiling the Macroni

While your Macroni is boiling, pour off water for shrimp, mix lemon pepper, tomatoes and parsley and set aside

Heat cream in sauce pan until it is about a third. Add in butter, cheese and white pepper

Once the cream has thickened add the cream and the shrimp mixture to the macroni. ENJOY
