Ingredients

  • 5-8 Ea. Raw, peeled & de-veined shrimp
  • 2-3 Ea. Eggs

Cooking Instructions

Dice or mince shrimp, set aside. Scramble eggs, pour eggs into hot buttered skillet. add shrimp over 1/2 of egg mixture. as soon as egg firms on bottom, flip side without shrimp over onto shrimp side, hold in place with spatula until it cooks into place. flip entire omelet over, finish cooking. Serve hot with usual sides.

Dependings on how high cooking temp is.
