Defrost shrimp overnight or at least 5 hours prior to cooking.
In large pot, boil water and add shrimp for 5 minutes (if defrosted correctly, shrimp should be pink after 5 minutes).
Remove shrimp from water and place in bowl.
In saucepan, melt butter, add beer, add garlic, add seasoning packet, add red ground pepper.
Bring saucepan mixture to boil and add shrimp. Immediately reduce heat to low. Cover.
Let shrimp rest in mixture for 10 minutes. Sprinkle parsley and ENJOY!
Enjoy this meal with a loaf of French bread and your favorite glass of red wine (be sure to dunk bread in the sauce).
