In medium sauce pan, place 2 T olive oil over medium heat. Add 3 t garlic, saute 1 minute. Add shrimp, cook until pink & thoroughly cooked. Let cool. Toss pasta with shrimp, add green onion. In separate bowl make dressing combining 1/2 c olive oil with 1 t garlic, lemon juice and cheese. Mix thoroughly. Sprinkle parlsey onto mixture, add dressing & toss. Served warm or cold.
