Shrimp with Chesapeake Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • large raw easy-to-peel cleaned shrimp
  • 1/4 cup wasabi horseradish mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp no-salt-added ketchup

Cooking Instructions

Bring 1 qt lightly salted water to boil in a large saucepan. Add shrimp, reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook 4 to 5 minutes until shrimp turn pink and are opaque at centers. Drain well.

Meanwhile mix mayonnaise and ketchup in a small bowl as a dipping sauce for the shrimp. Serve with lemon wedges and/or hot pepper sauce, if desired.
