Ingredients

  • 4 Ripe Haas Avocados
  • 1 Diced Tomato
  • 1/2 Diced Red Onion
  • 1-2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1-2 Diced Serrano Chiles (optional)
  • Kosher Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

Split and scoop avocados. In bowl, combine avocado flesh with red onion, tomato, chiles (if you like it spicy) and lime juice.

Mash together until smooth and thick. Salt to taste.
