First chop the onion fine. In a hot large pot using the oil saute the onion.
Wait until the onion is starting to turn clear then add the beef. Stir the beef and onions together. Continue to stir until the beef is brown.
While the beef is cooking add the worcestershire sauce and half of the following; the garlic the italian seasonings the chili powder and salt.
After the beef has browned add the other ingredients stiring each into the pot before adding the next.
Bring to a boil then turn down the heat to low and simmer for two hours.
Serve with shredded cheddar cheese on top. Great with garlic bread or chips while watching the Super Bowl!
