Makes sense

Baking at high temp gives it the color and gets the fat out,

Actually very good

I tried this recipe and it turned out quite well. When you first mix the ingredients the taste is very tomatoey but as it cooks it mellows quite a bit. I think the next time I will substitute a cup of jarred sauce for the chili sauce.

Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs

LPerna2001 It states right in the description where the Slow cooker comes in. After combining all of the ingredients , place ribs in slow cooker, pour sauce over ribs, turn them over to coat. Cover and cook on low in the slow cooker 6-8 hours or until the ribs are tender.

Right there with ya..

The first time I read the recipe I got as far as ''PREHEAT OVEN'' and asked myself the very same question. After reading the obnoxious and rude remarks... I reread the recipe. You do not have to be slooooooooow to be confused.
