  • 2 tsp cider vinegar

Cooking Instructions

Add beer vinegar mustard broth onions brown sugar and olive oil to your slow cooker and stir together well. In a skillet with a little canola oil - brown all sides of your roast before placing in slow cooker - sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook for 8 to 10 hours.

Recipe Notes

This is a slightly sweet -yet savory dish. The pork turns out very moist and tender. I make mashed potatoes as a side to this dish and make a cream gravy using - a packaged cream gravy mix, part of the broth from the slow cooker and the onions

Here's an easy, reliable way to ensure a moist and flavorful turkey...simply baste the turkey with chicken stock during roasting. When the turkey is done, use a bit more stock to make a quick and tasty gravy.
