Lightly grease a slow cooker.
In a large bowl, blend sweet potatoes, 1/3 cup butter, white sugar and 2 tablespoons brown sugar. Beat in orange juice, eggs and milk. Transfer this mixture to the prepared casserole dish.
In a small bowl, combine pecans, 1/3 cup brown sugar, flour and 2 tablespoons butter. Spread the mixture over the sweet potatoes. Cover the slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.

Just Nuke it!Since you're not starting with raw potatoes, you can do this in minutes in the microwave. I've been doing it that way for over 20 years with no complaints. I'm just rating the recipe, not the method. |

M E RRRR C YOh My Goodness Gracious ! , Elvis definitely should have traded the banana-fried-whatever he was consuming For This Recipe ! i added an extra egg ,yeah I know , Had halves of Pecans drenched in Brandy ad roasted in the oven ,and dusted the surface before serving with AllSpice , and Nutmeg !
