Cook eggs by placing them in a sauce pan covered by cold water. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 15 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water until eggs are cooled. Peel and pat dry. Cut in half and remove yolks. In small bowl whip cream cheese with sour cream mayonaise and onion. Fold in capers. Mash yolks and add to cream cheese mixture. If mixture is too thick add more sour cream or mayonaise. Spoon into egg white shells and sprinkle with smoked or hot paprika.
I love lox and bagels and I love deviled eggs. This is a great combination of flavors that works well for snacks or brunch.
