Smokehouse Sausage 'n' Bean ..

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 lb. kielbasa , cut into 1/2" pieces
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Bean with Bacon Soup
  • 1 soup can water
  • 3/4 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
  • 1 can (about 15 oz.) black beans , rinsed and drained
  • 2 green onions , sliced
  • sour cream
  • shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Chopped fresh cilantro leaves

Cooking Instructions

HEAT oil in saucepan. Add kielbasa and cook until browned. Pour off fat.

ADD soup, water, picante sauce and beans. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min.

ADD onions. Garnish with sour cream, cheese and cilantro.
