SOOO easy Cream of Asparagus soup

Ingredients

  • 1 can cut asparagus
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded

Cooking Instructions

drain asparagus, reserving liguid

In heavy sauce pan, add cream of mushroom soup, add reserved asparagus liquid. Whisk over medium heat until well blended and creamy.

Add shredded Cheddar cheese and continue whisking until melted.

Add Asparagus and heat through.

Serve warm with Garlic toast for dipping

Recipe Notes

I had left-over asparagus from Valentines Day and I always wanted to make Cream of Asparagus soup. Just had an idea that the flavors would mash and they did indeed!
