12/30/07 02:57 AM | hate to say it BUTthere ain't nuttin' SOUTHERN about a "mix from a box" 'cept maybe the mix was bought in the south or stirred up by a Southerner in the south. Southern Banana pudding
is made from scratch and this stuff can't touch the REAL stuff. |

12/08/07 11:01 PM | "Southern" Banana PuddingMissmarty here is how I prepare this kind of pudding:
I mis the pudding as directed on the boxes, using 2 cups of milk per box. After letting it stand for ca 5 min, I fold about 3/4 of the cool whip into the pudding. Alternate layers of cookies, bananas and pudding, ending with pudding. I then add a single layer of sliced strawberries, cover the entire surface with the remaining cool whip and garnish it. This final step is completely up to you/your niece.
Bon Appetit! |

12/08/07 01:30 AM | Southern Banana PuddingCooking instructions are fine, but my niece needed to know, how to put it all together. It doesn't say, whether or not to mix the cool whip with the pudding (as some people do) or what. Not very good instructions. |
