Ingredients

• 1 ts. olive Oil
• 11/2 Boneless/skinless chicken (cubed)
• 1/4 c Chopped Onion
• 1 cup Chicken Broth
• 1 can Chopped Green Chilies
• 1 Can White Kidney Beans (cannellini) undrained
• 2 Green onions (chopped)
• 1 bag Monterey Jack Cheese(optional)
• as mu SOUTHWEST SPICE BLEND
• 1 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1 tsp Ground Cumin
• 1/2 t Oregano Leaves
• 1/2 t Cilantro Leaves
• 1/8 t Ground Red Pepper
