Heat oil in Irg saucepan over med-high heat. Add chiken and onions; cook 4-5mins. Stir in broth, green chilies, and spice blend, simmer 15 mins. Stir in beans, simmer 5 mins. Top with onions. Garnish with Monterey Jack Cheese if desired.
