Spaghetti Squash w marinara w sirloin ..

Ingredients

  • 2 yellow peppers, diced
  • 2 orange peppers, diced
  • 1 yellow squash, sliced
  • 2 spaghetti squash
  • 1 lb. sirloin tips, cubed

Cooking Instructions

Let meat get to room temperature. Cut sirloin tip into small bitesize cubes.

Add 1 small japanese eggplant, thinly sliced

Halve spaghetti squash. Roast face up in 400 degree oven with taste a butter for 55 minutes, or until a fork goes through the squash moderately easily.

Using fork, remove squash in spaghetti-like fashion.

Combine marinara sauce, sirloin tip cubes, peppers, yellow squash and serve over spaghetti squash.
