Spanish Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Yellow corn meal
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup sweet milk
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Salf
  • 1 303 Can Cream Corn

Cooking Instructions

Mix the above: Then, saute 1/2 lbs ground meat with 1 large onion, Drain and add 1/2 lbs Cheddare Cheese. 3 or 4 Jalapeno peppers. Cook until Cheese melts. Pour one-half of cornbread mix into baking dish, Add the Meat mixture. then cover with the remainder of the cornbread mix. Bake at Least one hour at 350 deg.
