add a little oil to pot, cut onins and galic in to small peices. cook onins first to sweat them out, then put garlic in, cook till almost gold brown, then add cilantro chop it a little, add sofrito, then beans, and half the can of the tomato sauce, then add sazon,garlic powder, adobo, and potatos.. cook on med till you drop in potatos, then to low heat, stir it up, let it simmer for about 25 min`s or till potatos are soft.. great over white rice..
