Pre-heat oven to 375º.
Cut Mission Small Size Flour Tortillas into 4th’s and toss with vegetable oil, salt, pepper and chile powder. Spread seasoned tortilla wedges in a single layer on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven for 6 minutes a side then flip and continue to cook for another 6 minutes until crisp and slightly browned.
Heat steak strips according to package instructions; after heating chop into small bite size pieces, reserve warm. Spread a tablespoon of Mission Spicy Bean Dip on each chip. Top with equal portions steak pieces, a ¼ cup of lettuce, one tablespoon of chopped tomatoes and a teaspoon of sour cream.
Place 4 nachos on a plate and serve.
