Cooking Instructions

In a large skillet add pork loin chops olive oil and brown lightly on low add chicken broth hot peppers and juice from pepper jar and simmer covered with a lid until pink is gone. Remove from heat. Serve with baked or mashed potato and cranberry sauce. Enjoy!!!

Recipe Notes

When using chicken broth from a can I always cut it with water, also rinse all meat under cold water before cooking. Cento hot peppers in glass jar. If juices evaporate I add water. I pork loin w/bone, the bone always gives more flavor to anything. Chec
