Ingredients

  • 2 10 Oz. Frozen Spinach (cook according to package) Drain Well.
  • 1-1/2 Cup Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoning Stuffing (roughly crushed)
  • 2 Cups Freshly Grated Parmesean Cheese
  • 3 Large Eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 2 Tbl And 1-cup Butter or Margarine (at room temp.)

Cooking Instructions

In Large Mixing Bowl Combine ALL Ingred.well shape into Bite Size Balls Place in a single layer on baking sheet and Freeze. When ready to serve Preheat Oven to 350oF Place Spinach Balls onto an Ungreased Baking Sheet. DO NOT THAW Bake in Center of the Oven 15- 20 Minutes or until very lightly browned. SERVE WARM.

I add glove of garlic. My grandson Loves it. Everytime he comes over and spend time with me and wants me to make Spinach Balls.
