TOSS spinach, croutons, mushrooms, bacon, onion and eggs in large bowl.
MIX oil, vinegar, sugar and mustard in small saucepan. Heat through. Add to spinach mixture and toss until evenly coated.
TIP: To microwave dressing, mix oil, vinegar, sugar and mustard in 1-cup microwave-safe measuring cup. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until hot.
