In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.
In a large bowl, combine the pasta, spinach, cheese, red onion and olives.
Whisk together the salad dressing, garlic, lemon juice, garlic salt and pepper. Pour over salad and toss. Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve chilled.

One of my favorites!I made this and took it over to my boyfriend's mother's house for their grill out. Himself and his family hate olives, so I threw those out and replaced them w/ bite sized pieces of sun-dried tomatoes. A favorite of him and I. It was awesome and he couldn't stop talking about it. |
