Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked and drained green split peas
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1-1/2 tsp dried mint
  • 2 - 4 tbsp water, as needed

Cooking Instructions

1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Add water to achieve the desired consistency.

2. Serve Split Pea Hummus as a sandwich spread or as a dip with crackers or veggies.
