Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp margarine
  • 2 lb yellow squash
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 lb cheese, grated

Cooking Instructions

Melt margarine and place into oiled baking dish or directly in oven. Place sliced squash and salt in margarine; place cheese and then cracker crumbs on top.

Bake for about 10 minutes until tender to fork. Do not over-cook.
