Ingredients

  • 16 oz bag Egg nudles glutten free-cooked
  • 1 cupChaped Chapped Onions-Fry
  • 1/2 cup Cooked rice
  • 6 Sliced Boiling Eggs
  • 1 lb Fry Turkey burger Meat
  • 1 lb Fry Hamburger Meat
  • 1 Fresh turkey 15 lb-20 lb
  • 1/2 cup red semie sweet wine
  • 2 T salt
  • 1 T black pepper
  • 2 T Celery Seeds
  • 2 T Paltry seasoning
  • 1/2 lb Carrots-baby
  • 1/2 lb cut big chanks onion
  • 1 cooking bag

Cooking Instructions

1. Prepare Turkey by cleaning and washing inside and outside of the bird.

2. Put dry. put aside

3.combine 1/2 of the cup of wine with salt black pepper Celery Seeds Paltry seasoning Mix well

4. Rub inside of the Turkey with this mixed spices and wine.

5.Combine Egg noodles-cooked Chapped Onions-Fry Cooked rice Sliced Boiling Eggs Fry Turkey burger Meat Fry Hamburger Meat in a big ball. Mix very good.

6. Spoon this mixer inside turkey

7. Sow turkey together and put in the cooking bag.

8. Cook turkey in the oven using time and temperature of manufacture.

9. When turkey is done. Live it outside for 20-30 minutes to rest for better flavor.

10. Curve and serve.

Recipe Notes

This Recipe is from the old country. My Grand mother was making it every New Year dinner. It was our favorite dish. The staffing served as a side dish.

Grammatically correctness......

Glad to see this Eistein has a real command of Spelling. I never heard of chapped onions or egg nudles. Perhaps they mean chaffed onions, which could giving a whole new meaning to rubbing you raw.
