  • 2oz. peter lugers steak sauce
  • 1/2-1 worshtershire sauce
  • 1/2 o balsamic vinegar

Cooking Instructions

all amounts vary. mix all ingredients in bag. add skirt steaks, and let marinade at least 4 hours. its okay to let marinade up to 18 hours
